1/2 cup gluten-free old fashioned cut oats
1/4 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Macros: Calories 336, Protein 29, Fat 9, Carbs 35
Optional fat-free whipped cream for topping
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
