Blood work its required. I believe everyone is low, supplement and making time to be outdoors daily with exposed skin for a few minutes a day makes a HUGE difference. I get my blood work done twice a year and have managed to keep it at optimal levels.

Some signs that would indicate getting blood work done should be a priority.

  • Sick often, or hard time getting well
  • Tired, fatigue
  • Aches and pains, in joints and back
  • Sad, depression
  • Wounds heal slowly
  • Fragile, weak bones
  • Hair loss
  • Muscle aches

Higher risk if:

  • Live in an area with greater darkness
  • Dark skin
  • Elderly
  • Overweight
  • Diet lacks dairy and or fish
  • Always cover up or use sunscreen
  • Never go outdoors
