2. 1 1/2 cup oats
3. 1 cup almond flour
4. 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
5. 2 tablespoons PB2
6. 2 eggs
7. 1 teaspoon baking soda
8. 2 tablespoon raw honey
9. 8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) grass fed butter
10. 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
Macros each cookie: Calories 17, Protein 6, Carbs 1.1, Fat 1.1 ⠀⠀
1. Preheat oven 350.
2. Mix butter and honey together first
3. Add all ingredients in one bowl until dough consistency!
4. Fold in chocolate
5. Heaping scoop 1 tablespoon full of dough and place on a baking pan with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 5-7 minutes! (Pro tip: set timer for 5 mins check them, set for another 1 min and keep checking! You don’t want to overcook!
7. Makes roughly 20-24 cookies!⠀⠀⠀
