1+1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup | Egg Whites
2 Tsp Maple extract (optional)
Preheat oven to 300
Mix dry ingredients
Add egg whites
Mix well
Line pan with parchment paper and scoop batter onto the pan
Bake for 20 minutes
Let macaroons cool
Recipe makes approx 13 macaroons
Macros: Calories 33, Fat .38, Carbs 2.38, Protein 5
Optional microwave sugar-free milk chocolate chips (15 seconds, stir and repeat until glossy and dippable) dip cooled macaroons in melted chocolate.
