Ingredients (makes two servings)
1/2 cup Low Fat Cottage cheese (Or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt)
1 Vanilla Bean
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
2-4 tbs sweetener of choice (to taste)
2 cups Ice (or to desired consistency)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
Macros per serving: Calories 189, Fat 4.5, Protein 29, Carbs 8
Optional 4 tbs Low Fat Whipped cream
Put everything into a blender and blend until a creamy consistency is reached. Split among two cups and top with whipped topping if desired. Enjoy!
